Team Management
Scale your team securely. Manage members, control access with granular permissions, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
Managing Members
Navigate to Settings → Team to view and manage your team roster.
Inviting Members
Add new team members to collaborate on projects, tasks, and campaigns:
- Click Invite Member on the Team page
- Enter the person's email address
- Select their role (Owner, Admin, or Member)
- Click Send Invitation
- They'll receive an email with a verification link to join
Viewing Members
The Team page shows all current members with:
- •Name and email address
- •Assigned role
- •Join date
- •Last active timestamp
Removing Members
Admins and Owners can remove members from the team:
- •Click the menu icon next to any member
- •Select "Remove from Team"
- •Confirm the action
Roles & Permissions
Surgio uses a role-based access control system to ensure team members have the right level of access.
Full control over the entire workspace. There can only be one owner per team.

Can manage team settings, members, and sensitive configurations.

Changing Roles
Admins and Owners can change a member's role:
- Go to the Team page
- Click the menu icon next to the member
- Select "Change Role"
- Choose the new role and confirm
People Page
The People page provides a directory of all team members with quick access to their profiles and activity.
